ACTIVE

     Congratulations. This status indicates that you have been approved for the Direct Express® card. Your card has been sent to you and should be received within 7-14 days. You may start using your card as soon as you activate your card and receive your deposit to your card account (generally within 1 2 months from when your account is "ACTIVE"). You will never miss a payment. If your next payment is not deposited to your account, then you will receive a check. Once you receive your card you can check your balance at www.USDirectExpress.com or call Customer Service at 1-888-741-1115.

PENDING

     We are still processing your Direct Express® application. Please allow 2-4 business days for application processing.

ENROLLMENT DENIED

     We have not been able to verify the information in your application and need more information from you. Please return to the Direct Express® Home Page and click on the link to sign up for the card by mail. Print, complete, and return the form to the address provided or call Customer Service at 1-888-741-1115 to complete the sign-up process. For faster service, please have a copy of your Treasury check with you when you call Customer Service.

CLOSED

     Your card account is closed. You will no longer receive deposits on your Direct Express® card account. Please call Customer Service at 1-888-741-1115 if you have any questions.
